Snowfall and slippery roads could not curtail the herculean efforts of all involved in the second annual AOH Charity Comedy night....A packed, sold-out crowd laughed and ate while supporting a great cause, the local SEPTA (Special Education Parent Teachers Association). Five area High School's will receive scholarships to award to outstanding Special Education students.
Those in attendance enjoyed tasty dishes donated from an assortment of local restaurants including; Albert's Mandarin, Crabtrees, Mac's Steakhouse, Mr. Sausage, Old Field's BBQ, Ost'era Da Nino, Primo Piatto, Red Restaurant, Sapsuckers.
Audience members enjoyed a night of comedy from two feature comedians who kept the audience laughing throughout the evening.
Overall the evening was a smashing success and paves the way for the comedy night to become an annual tradition. Thank you to all those who pitched in to help with the organization, set-up, and break-down. A special thank you to John Broderick, Division 4's Vice President, for all his hard work in organizing and running this wonderful event.
